WEEKLY PICKS
WEEK 6

Christopher Kay’s Weekly Picks

Sunday
Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints
The Saints will play the Falcons tough.  But this season is already done for the homeless Saints.
Falcons over Saints 23-17

Carolina Panthers at Detroit Lions
The Panthers just don’t know how to win games they should, which is odd.  No one knows why.  The Lions are at home also.
Lions over Panthers 27-24

Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans
The Bengals finally played a good team last week, and they lost.  They’ll do it again against another decent young team in the Titans.
Titans over Bengals 32-24

Cleveland Browns at Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens will do what worked so well during Jamal Lewis’ 2000+ yard season; run Lewis against the Browns until he rushes for over 200 yards.
Ravens over Browns 27-13

Jacksonville Jaguars over Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers are coming off a short week, but riding high off a huge Monday night win.  Oh, oops, I forgot about Charlie Batch.
Jaguars over Steelers 17-10

Miami Dolphins at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Bucs get back to their winning ways while Saban will keep up the faith for the Dolphins.
Buccaneers over Dolphins 21-13

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears
The Vikings will come together as a team for Tice and will work as a team to try and put the sex cruise scandal behind them.  Thomas Jones is still hurting also.
Vikings over Bears 27-17

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys
Bledsoe will teach Eli Manning a thing of two in this game.  Eli already looks like a good QB, and he’s still only learning.
Cowboys over Giants 23-21

Washington Redskins at Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs will bounce back to early season form.  The Redskins will bounce back to reality (last year’s form).
Chiefs over Redskins 24-17

New England Patriots at Denver Broncos
The Broncos will be just too strong for the Pats at Mile High.  The up and down Pats will continue to be…well…up and down.
Broncos over Patriots 34-23

New York Jets at Buffalo Bills
Vinny will be blitzed and hit so many times by the aggressive Bills defense, he may not last the whole game.  Vinny’s honeymoon is going to be over, while Holcomb’s will continue for at least one more week.
Bills over Jets 17-7

San Diego Chargers at Oakland Raiders
Chargers bounce back and beat up on the Raiders to let out some frustration over their narrow loss on Monday night.
Chargers over Raiders 38-17

Houston Texans at Seattle Seahawks
Sorry Texans, but Shaun Alexander explodes when nationally televised on Sunday night.  He’ll put up huge numbers once again.
Seahawks over Texans 34-24

Monday
St. Louis Rams at Indianapolis Colts
Finally, Peyton will have to do something on offense to win as the Colts’ D will finally face a challenge this season.  And, of course, Peyton will in fact do plenty…oh, and so will Edgerrin James.  After all, the Rams have proven they don’t have a D.
Colts over Rams 38-31

RECORD LAST WEEK: 8-6
OVERALL RECORD: 41-33
